Trans teen Trinity Shockley admits to plotting Valentine’s Day mass shooting at Indiana high school
An 18-year-old Indiana student, Trinity “Jamie” Shockley, has been charged after allegedly plotting a Valentine’s Day mass shooting at Mooresville High School.
👉 Authorities say they found detailed plans, messages, and even a “collage” of mass shooters in Shockley’s bedroom. Investigators believe she had been planning the attack for nearly a year — inspired by the 2018 Parkland shooting in Florida.
⚠️ The FBI and local police were alerted by a tip submitted through Sandy Hook Promise’s anonymous reporting system, which likely prevented the attack.
Prosecutors say Shockley — who identifies as transgender — was attempting to acquire an AR-15-style rifle and body armor. She has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and remains in custody.
📍 No one was harmed thanks to quick action by law enforcement and community vigilance.
Let this be a reminder — if you see or hear something suspicious, speak up. It could save lives. 🙏
